SOCIAL STYLE© is an interpersonal skills model proven to:
- •build better leaders
- •enhance Emotional Intelligence (EI)
- •improve team performance.
We provide training and development workshops in the understanding and use of SOCIAL STYLE©.
Recent independent research has shown it to be easier to understand and more effective than Myers-Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC. Which is why we use it at Fibre!
Our workshops with SOCIAL STYLE© can show you how you can improve productivity as an individual and as an organisation simply by understanding the four SOCIAL STYLES©.
By understanding your own communication style and how to adapt and change your behaviours you’ll get the best out of those you work with.

SOCIAL STYLE Tip of the Day: What does the Analytical Style Person Value in Others?
There are certain things we all appreciate from our co-workers. We like them to be smart, courteous, and to smell nice. But each Style has more specific traits that they pay attention to and value from their co-workers. Initially, Analytical Style people will look for professional competence in their co-workers. They want to have confidence in their co-workers’ abilities. Because they tend to be orderly in the way they do things, they will look for patterns and predictability in the way others accomplish their work. They prefer it when their co-workers follow logical processes, especially when working directly with them on projects. They tend to be relatively unemotional in their work interactions, so they look for their co-workers to be straightforward and professional, and to allow more personal relationships to develop over time.
