We work with clients from the beginning to the end of a learning and development plan. We develop strategies, write content for training programmes and communication materials, to cascade a programme through an organisation or across the globe.
Over 12 years, we’ve worked with Shell to develop and deliver a range of learning programmes for their sales teams, to support their brands and trade marketing initiatives. These have been blended programmes involving face-to-face workshops, on‑line learning, coaching and in-market support.
