Fibre provides a practical tool box of skills, investigates possible obstacles to success, and provides on-going support and evaluation outside of the classroom.
Fibre uses proven accelerated learning techniques. All Fibre training programmes follow an EDIC learning cycle, with the emphasis being on Involvement and Consolidation.
E = Educate. Tell them.
D = Demonstrate. Show them.
I = Involvement. Get them to do it.
C = Consolidate. See how well they are doing it and assess where support may be needed.
