Cost
The cost of taking part in a one-day Fibre Training open course is outlined in the course description, and includes course materials, refreshments and lunch.

Payment
All course fees must be paid at least 7 working days before the course begins. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS. We regret that we do not accept credit card payments.

Fees cover all course materials, the relevant handouts and workbooks, a certificate and coffee, tea and lunch on each day of the course.

Over night accommodation is not included in the course fees.

VAT at 17.5% applies to all course fees.

Cancellations
All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email.

If you need to cancel 14 days or less before the course date, you pay 100% of course fee.

More than 14 days and less than 28 days: you pay 75% of fee.

28 days or more: fees will be refunded less an administrative charge of £50.

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled for any reason the liability of Fibre Training shall be restricted only to any fees paid to it.

Substitutions and transfers
There is no fee for substituting one delegate for another but please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send joining instructions and other materials to the substitute.

You may also choose to transfer to a different date or course to avoid cancellation penalties. Please call us to discuss availability and then confirm your transfer in writing. This transfer option can be applied only once per booking, and in the event of a further cancellation or non-attendance no fees will be refunded.

Use of training material
Once you attend our courses you will be able to use the material in your own work but not to train others to use it.

If you want to include our training modules in your training courses, or distribute our training materials, you must agree commercial terms with us before proceeding.
